When we provide personal data to a third party with the individual‘s prior consent, we will supervise the third party to ensure the proper management of the personal data.

6. Disclosure, Suspension of Use, etc.

Upon receiving a written or verbal request from an individual for disclosure of personal information held by us related to the individual, we will verify the identity of the individual using an identification card, etc., and then disclose the information.
Upon receiving a request from a person whose personal information has been disclosed, in writing or verbally, for correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of the disclosed personal information, we will promptly investigate within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use and inform the person of the results.

7. Internal Management System

We continuously improve our internal management system, which is capable of meeting the social demands for personal information protection by seeking expert opinions externally and providing thorough guidance on handling personal information internally.

  • “Personal information” refers to information related to a living individual that can identify the specific individual based on the name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in the information (including information that can be easily matched with other information, thereby identifying the specific individual).
  • For business activities, we provide personal information to our subcontracted affiliate companies within the scope necessary for the execution of business.
  • For contract-related construction operations, we provide personal information to our subcontracted affiliate companies within the scope necessary for the execution of business.
  • For internal selection operations for recruitment, we provide personal information to our subcontracted affiliate companies within the scope necessary for the execution of business.
  • “Personal data” refers to personal information that constitutes a personal database, etc., organized to enable the search of personal information.
  • Conditions allowing us to provide personal data without obtaining the individual’s consent include cases (1) when required by law, (2) when it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent, (3) when it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent, (4) when necessary to cooperate with a national institution or local public entity (or their delegate) in executing affairs stipulated by law and obtaining the individual’s consent could impede the execution of such affairs.
